International exchange
The two-day event at Varna University of Management gathers over a hundred participants, including a representative of BART. The discussions included guests from Albania, Bulgaria, Greece and northern Macedonia.

The accessible and responsible tourism, local food, digitalization, virtual reality and the relationship between education and tourism business are discussed.
Organisation
The seminar is organized by the Association "Culinary Arts and Hospitality" with VUM within the framework of the HElix project on Interreg V-B Balkan-Mediterranean Sea.
