Proposed procedure in the 2019 draft
The project provides for the transfer of part of the aid to the municipality supplier to take place after individual assessment and agreement of the user. An opportunity is described for the person to choose an assistant himself or to choose him jointly with the supplier with which the municipality has a contract. An introductory training is provided for assistants without the necessary training. These were discussed in 2019 rules, not a description of the current order.
