What network is presented
In August 2025 a plan was announced for at least 760 digital clubs under the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan. There are spaces in Chitalishtes, libraries and structures of representative organizations of employers and workers.

The clubs are presented with free and free access. A mentor for working with online learning materials and trainings, including for people from vulnerable groups.
