The stated objective is to support over 2,000 people with permanent disabilities. The approved candidates must be able to choose the necessary means and supplier. This is the goal of the programme, not a report on the number of support received. A separate opportunity has been announced for 250 municipalities providing social services to apply for electric cars with charging stations.
