BART announced the start of the project on 3 June 2025 with support from the Agency for Persons with Disabilities.

The project combines visits to historical and cultural sites with development of photographic skills. Participants must present the heritage through their eyes and create photos and photo shoots for its promotion. Among the announced goals are social integration, changing the public attitudes towards the abilities of disabled people and promoting public engagement. This is a message about the beginning and objectives of the project, not a final report.
