The archive article presents a methodology for individual assessment of support needs. Three components are described: human information and self-assessment, findings of functional difficulties and barriers, and conclusions of concrete support measures. The emphasis is on personal participation, individual approach and environmental impact.
Background and period
In the original, the number of the decree and the promulgation details are left incomplete. The publication shall contain a date of 25 February 2019 and the text shall indicate later dates in March and April. Therefore, the material is presented as an archive text with incomplete props, without confirmation of up-to-date legislation.
